Carson Commons is a twenty-unit affordable multifamily development in Dallas, Oregon — twenty one and two-bedroom dwelling units across three stories, totaling 17,725 square feet. Ground-floor community spaces include a front office, a resident lounge, shared laundry, and bicycle storage.
Gonzma Construction delivered the complete exterior envelope: fiber-cement and metal panel siding, vinyl window installation, weather-resistive barriers, metal flashing, and joint sealants. Brick veneer was coordinated with the rest of the envelope assembly for a cohesive water-management system.
