Bethany is a three-story multifamily apartment building in the Bethany area of Beaverton. The facade combines lap siding with board-and-batten vertical accents and exposed warm-wood balcony soffits at each level.
Gonzma Construction delivered the complete exterior envelope — siding, vinyl window installation, weather-resistive barriers, metal flashing, and joint sealants.
